Cancellation Fee
There is a $25 down payment required to hold your massage appointment. It will be applied towards your massage when you come in. It is non-refundable.

If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment or do not show up, it will be considered a cancellation fee as that time has been held for you.

You may reschedule (and it will be still applied to your massage), but it has to be prior to the 24 hours before  your appointment.

The same applies to gift certificates. If you have a gift certificate and do not show up at your scheduled time or cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment, the $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the certificate.
